Fat chilli's
Dried shredded coconut
cut onions
salt
Pappula podi
Cooking Procedure:
- Grind dried shredded coconut, cut onions and salt
- Mix the grinded mixture with pappula podi to make sogi
- Make a vertical cut in the fat chilli's and fill it with sogi
- Fry the sogi filled chilli's in a frying pan
- After 2 to 4 mins, the chilli's should be fried, remove the chillis and drain some oil
- Put the leftover sogi in the oil for a minute or less and mix it with the chillis
